Just like with other games, this patch would be through a third-party. The Twitter posts also have the developers saying shady things were going on with Valve. Most of the conversation was around these censorship inconsistencies on Steam. Even though there might be inconsistencies going on, the HuniePop 2 developers did give Valve credit. The developer was thankful to Valve for allowing these games and other games to be published at all. So like stated by the developers in the Twitter posts, there will be an uncensored version of the game apparently. The third-party will likely be making a patch that gives you the uncensored version of the game. Valve has said before that this is okay to do. The publisher cannot link the uncensored patch in the Steam Store posting though. That means you will have to either go to the developer website to get the patch or find the third-party patch by just searching online.
